Fewer people on the phones, lower bills on the calls, by design

Who answers
Who picks up your phones today?
Several agents
AI resolves repeat questions and only calls that need judgment reach a person. We calculate how many seats you can cut from the calls you send us.
One agent
AI answers first, and Flover agents take calls directly on weekdays 9 AM to 6 PM. If it costs more than your current outsourcing bill, we won't propose it.
Outsourced (BPO)
AI resolves repeat questions first, so fewer calls reach your BPO. Your current contract and agents stay as they are.

Cost structure
Charges on incoming calls come from the structure
With call forwarding, every leg that re-dials a received call is billed. With number porting, that leg doesn't exist.

By structure
How similar organizations roll it out
Multi-branch organizations
We first diagnose why telecom costs grow with every branch, then remove the double charge on call forwarding with number porting.
Franchise headquarters
See what every franchisee tells customers. Not spot checks: every call at every branch is aggregated.
Hospitals and clinics
Topics that count as medical practice are excluded at the manual stage. AI handles bookings and visit information only.
Rollout
Verify at one branch, then expand
1 · Paper review
A report from two files
From your call logs and phone bill we calculate cost per segment and how much you can save.
2 · Connect one site
Your phones stay as they are
We add one line next to your existing ones and verify at a single branch first.
3 · Decide on numbers
Check, then expand
Branches that show results move their numbers first, then we roll out to the rest.

Who are the Flover agents?
Flover employees answer the calls themselves. They take calls handed over by AI on weekdays 9 AM to 6 PM; outside those hours AI takes the request and leaves it as a text. If you need coverage after 6 PM, we agree on it during onboarding.
If we use your agents, can our staff still take calls?
Yes. You choose whether calls handed over by AI go to Flover agents or to your own staff.
Do we have to cancel our current BPO?
No. Your BPO contract stays and AI sits in front of it. Costs drop as fewer calls are passed to the BPO.
Can we keep our main number?
Yes. The number stays; only the carrier managing it changes, so there's no new number to announce to customers.
Do we need to replace our PBX and desk phones?
We add an integration line to your existing PBX, so you keep your phones. If integration isn't possible, we switch you to SIP phones or a PC softphone.
Could testing cut off our current phones?
During testing your existing lines and forwarding settings stay untouched; we only add an integration line. Even if integration fails, your current phones are not affected.
How is pricing set?
Individually, based on line count and the features you use. You can pick only the layers you need.
Can it connect to our CRM?
Call records, conversation content and summaries can be sent to your systems in real time through API and webhooks.
